做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
