做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
