做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
