做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
