做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
