做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
