做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
