做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
