做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
