做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
