做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
