做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
