做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
