做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
