做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
