做法(fǎ ):洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
