做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
