做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
