做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
