做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
