做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
