做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
