做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
