做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六(liù )成(chéng )热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
