做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
