做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
