做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
