做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
