做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
