做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
