做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
