做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。 -
