做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
