做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
