做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
