做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
