做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
