做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
