做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
