做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
