做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
