做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
