做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
