做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
