做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
