做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
