做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
