做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
