做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
