做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
